You don’t have to fly first or business class to access an airport lounge. Avoid the crowds by booking into our Escape Lounge which offers a calm and comfortable place to chill out and charge your phone before your flight. Your visit also includes complimentary hot and cold food and drinks, as well as a well-stocked bar, so you could even toast your upcoming trip with a chilled glass of fizz! You can turn up on the day and take your chances, but there is limited capacity so we recommend you book before you arrive.

We have a great range of coffee shops, bars, restaurants and fast food outlets where you can grab something to eat and drink before you fly. There’s so much choice whether you want a light snack or a hearty dinner. You’ll find lots of gluten free and vegan options here too. Many places also offer wine and beer, classic cocktails and refreshing alcohol-free options, so you can pass the time people-watching with a glass of something good while you wait for your flight to board.
Avoid the queues
You can beat the queues by pre-booking the FastTrack express lane at Security. Our FastTrack passes start from as little as £5.50 per person and will give you access to a dedicated lane straight to the security checkpoint so you can reach the departure lounge even quicker (and start your World Duty Free shopping!)
Shop ahead
If you love perusing the World Duty Free counters, our departure lounge must be like heaven! But if you’re keen to start shopping before you even get to the airport, use our Click and Collect service. Browse through a wide range of products from the world’s leading brands online - from sunglasses and spirits to scents and skincare - all from the comfort of your home.
You can save a further 10% when you Reserve & Collect. Shop online between 24 hours up to 30 days in advance of your journey and your order will be waiting for you in-store at the World Duty Free collection point where you can simply collect and pay for your goodies.
