This bar concept has been inspired by Nottingham’s renowned Castle Rock Brewery. It offers a selection of their acclaimed beers, which is a great way to sample local brews in a relaxed airport setting.

Along with the full-service bar, you’ll find a menu packed with British pub-style classics and globally inspired favourites. Start the day with a bacon bap or a full English breakfast, or tuck into a hearty plate of sausages with buttery mash. You’ll also find a range of salads, burgers, and curries, and a separate menu just for kids.

The space has been designed for comfort, with traditional touches like wooden floors and barrel-themed décor. It’s the ideal spot for unwinding with the family, reading the paper, or catching up on work while enjoying a drink.
