The concept has been inspired by an Alembic still - a copper pot used for the distillation of spirits - so the bar menu features premium tipples from Derbyshire’s White Peak Distillery, including Wire Works Whisky, Shining Cliff Gin, and Cask Aged White Peak Rum.

Alembic is the ideal stop for passengers looking to unwind with a drink or enjoy a light meal before boarding.
