The concept has been inspired by an Alembic still - a copper pot used for the distillation of spirits - so the bar menu features premium tipples from Derbyshire’s White Peak Distillery, including Wire Works Whisky, Shining Cliff Gin, and Cask Aged White Peak Rum.
